FRESH SHELLFISH DELIVERY - MOLLUSCS & CRUSTACEANS

Almost all of our live and fresh shellfish is sourced from sustainable areas within Cornish waters, except for a few obvious exceptions.  Live shellfish is delivered to us daily having gone through a tightly controlled "depuration" or purification process. If requested we are able to provide full traceability of our shellfish.

The professional Chef can rely on our supply of fresh shell fish, both molluscs and crustaceans, providing the very best available seafood throughout the seasons of the year.

Our team of specialist skilled staff hand pick freshly cooked crabs daily. Fresh crab meat is available as pasteurised (long shelf life), natural, or presented dressed in its shell.
