Our kippers are created from winter catches of large herring. It is critical to use a winter herring for its flavour and high Omega 3 oil content. Once landed, the herrings are naturally cured with no artificial additives or preservatives and home smoked in our very own kilns. Kippers are available on 3kg boxes (8 – 9fish).
Rick Stein selected our kippers for his restaurants, describing them as the best flavour by far.
