Cornish live lobster is renowned for its quality and flavour and never fails to impress on any menu. Landed to us daily by local fishermen, live and super fresh, it has to be the finest shellfish available from Cornish waters. We buy our live lobster from fishermen of three different Cornish fishing harbours – St. Mawes, Padstow, and Charlestown.

We offer Cornish Lobster fresh, cooked, or live for next day delivery. Our live lobsters are packed straight from our seawater storage tanks late in the afternoon on the day of dispatch. Please check them on arrival and keep them cool and moist; the salad tray of a refrigerator or the original packaging is best.
On the very rare occasion that the lobster is sleepy or dead on arrival please cook immediately. To check if a lobster is still alive place a finger on an eye – if it moves the lobster is alive. We recommend cooking lobster as soon as is reasonably possible to ensure the finest taste and consistency.
A cooked lobster will keep (whole) in the refrigerator for three days when kept covered at less than 2o degrees Celsius.
