MERIM SOLE - Lepidorhombus spps
Megrim sole in abundance in the seas surrounding the Cornish coast. This deep water flat fish is akin to lemon and witch sole, having a delicate flesh and flavour. Megrim sole or "Galio" as the Spanish call them is a great favourite with the Iberian peninsular.
