Fresh Cornish Hake is a long sliver scaled fish caught off the deep waters of the Cornish coast. The Spanish have for years revered this fish as one of their favourites. The creamy flesh of fresh Hake is suits many types of recipes, including baking abnd frying.
Hake is available throughout the year; be aware that this fish is caught by static nets that can only be fished during "neep" tides. Please call our office for fiull availability details. Fish range from "pins" at 25g and all sizes up to the "jumbo" fish of 4 - 5kg.Find out more...
