Fresh Cornish Brill
FRESH CORNISH BRILL - Scophtalmus Rhombus
Brill is a large flat fish similar in shape and size to Turbot. This fish is normally caught in trawls and nets. Brill fillets or steaks(fron larger fish) are concidered to be prime flat fish, widley used on hotel and restaurant menus.
Brill is available throughout the year, its main season being in late autumn.
Fish sizes are between 750g and 4 kilo
