Fresh Fish and Seafood

Fresh fish and seafood bought daily from the quayside fish auctions is prepared  into one or two portion packs and sealed in plastic trays with clear film. Now you can sell top quality fish tio your customers in total confidence.

Packaging

Our fresh Cornish seafood is packaged into black plastic trays in one or two portions, sealing in the freshness, allowing you to sell fresh smell free in a chiller cabinet.

Labelling

All our packaged fish is labelled in accordance with weights and measures best practice and "fresh fsih from Cornwall". We allow 5 days shelf life and suitable labelling for fish to be frozen if required.

Pricing

All our fresh pre-packed Cornish fish if priced aln labelled to your own margin requirements.  Prices are labelled per/kilo and per pack.
