Your fresh fish and shellfish should arrive to you in perfect condition with a completed invoice. If when you receive and unpack your delivery you have any questions please call us on 01726-861666, we're here to help.

Our Packaging
You have the choice of receiving your deliveries in one of three types of boxes. All boxes will contain either flake ice or chilled gel packs to keep your fish in prime condition.

1. Returnable plastic fish box.
2. Disposable waxed cardboard box.
3. Disposable insulated polystyrene box - this is the preferred option for deliveries to be left outside your kitchens (by prior arrangement).

 

Local

Local deliveries are within the county of Cornwall. Your orders will have been place by email or fax the night before delivery, or by telephone on the same day as the delivery of your fish. Our own refrigerated vehicles will deliver direct to your kitchens.

 

Regional

We travel up and down the M5 and parts of the M4 every evening, Monday to Friday. Exeter, Taunton, Bristol, Bath & the surrounding areas are covered by this service. Your orders will have been placed by email or fax the night before delivery, or by telephone on the same day as the delivery of your fish.

Our own refrigerated vehicles will deliver direct to your kitchens. The time of your delivery will depend on your location within these areas.

 

National Fish Transport
For fish merchants, markets and other large cities we are able, subject to confirmation, to deliver to your location by overnight-dedicated chilled fish transport. We would need access to your premises out of hours so that "early hours" delivery can be arranged.

National Courier

We have a contract with a very reliable company that has delivered all of our customers' orders nationwide for the past three years. Your delivery should always be with you before midday. Your fish will be despatched in a thick walled insulated polystyrene box with a blue plastic liner containing sufficient gel packs to keep your fish chilled and in prime condition.

This delivery service is available to customers from Tuesday to Friday. Please contact us for a Saturday morning delivery.

 

Customer Collection

You are are welcome to visit our premises and choose their fish on a "Cash & Carry" basis or; if you are a wholesale customer, you are welcome to arrange collection or orders from our premises at Indian Queens.
