Would you like to see where we buy your fish from; have you ever visited a working quayside fish market? We hold market visits throughout the year, they're a chance for chefs' to come down to Cornwall and see for themselves where really fresh fish comes from.

Itinerary
We suggest you drive down to Penzance the evening before. We can arrange accommodation to suit your needs (at cost). Meet like minded Chefs for a drink at a local hosteliery.

See up to 30 species of fish being sold at auction

Chat to our fish buyers about all things fishy

Walk down the quays and see fishing boats landing their catches

A quick note to thank you for organising such an enjoyable and educational trip for Andre and myself. It was very illuminating to see the trail of the fish, from boat to plate! We were particularly impressed with both the skill and professionalism of your staff and also the hospitality showed to us during a tasty lunch. Simon's a great chef!
