The Team
Wing of St. Mawes is a small family run company, with a group of highly motivated staff, totally committed to providing the best possible service to its customers and clients. All of our staff are committed team players, ensuring that our customers and clients enjoy the freshest of fish with professional service to match.

Robert Clifford-Wing - Director
Robert Clifford-Wing founded Wing of St. Mawes in the fishing village of St. Mawes Cornwall UK over 25 years ago and is still heavily involved with the day-to-day running of the business. His skills and experience as a head chef, fisherman and trawler owner have proved invaluable in developing Wing of St. Mawes Ltd into what it is today.

Robert was part of the industry led bid for Objective 1 (OB1) funding for Cornwall. He has been a member of the Fisheries Priority Management Group (FPMG) since its inception in 2000; helping to ensure that OB1 funding reaches those that need it most. Wing of St. Mawes currently operates processing all species of fresh fish on a daily basis.

Lynda Mayfield - Office Manager
Our team of office staff is led by Lynda, who is knowledgeable in all types of fresh fish & shellfish. Each member of our team has their own small group of customers that are telephoned on a daily basis and advised on the day's market availability and best buys.

 Jo Posthlethwaite - Marketing
We are very pleased to have Jo as a member of our Marketing team. She joined the company as our representative and is able to help in all areas of the company.

Simon Stallard - Head Chef - Sales _ Customer Relations
Simon is joins Wing with years of experience as a head chef.  Simon's skills as a professional head chef are put tom great use in helping chefs' descide what fish to use on their menus and also helping wity menu costings, ensuring ciustomers buy the best value seafood contributing the higest GP contributions to menu profits.

Brenda Wareman - High Care Foods
Brenda joined many years ago. She now manages our "High Care Foods" side of the company, controlling the preparation of all finished foods. Brenda recently sat and completed her Advanced Food Hygiene Course. .
